TO SPARKY - how to cook rhubarb (Recipes)

Sorry this is so late, but I believe it's a cup of sugar to a cup of rhubarb. Let it sit a while and it gets liquidy all by itself. Then cook it to whatever consistancy you want. Think it was 3 weeks ago that the Peshtigo Times ran 2 recipes for rhubarb marmalade made with 2 oranges and 2 3 oz pkgs of Jello. I made 4 batches of it now, and it's very good. Made some with orange Jello and some with strawberry Jello. The neighbors loved it. Adding strawberries to it sounds even better.
