Looking for good cabbage recipes (Recipes)

We should be getting about 8 heads of cabbage from the garden this year. I usually make Bavarian cabbage with it, but am looking for other ideas. Been researching recipes online, but looking for really good, tried and true recipes you people just love to make. If it's from a particular website, please include that so I know where to look. Thanks in advance for your ideas.

I like to make Polish Potato Casserole. Mix half sliced potatoes and half raw cabbage, chopped, with an onion. Add 1 ring of polish or smoked sausage cut into chunks. Make a white sauce, flour, butter, milk and salt and pepper. Make enough to cover the potato and cabbage mixture and bake till potatoes and cabbage are tender. I've been making this for years so it's tried and true!

Don't know what it is called but I like to pre cook the cabbage. Cook up some long spaghetti (enough to feed your family), add ham cubes, then add shredded cheddar cheese, (about 2-3 cups). you want the dish nice and cheesy. Put in a 9 x 13 pan and bake in a 350 oven just until cheese is melted. Do not over bake as then it gets dry. have been making for over 40 years. Enjoy.
