Computer question (How To)

Windows 7. Rather than rely on cd's to install programs that I have in my computer, I would like to transfer the program that's in the computer, to a flash drive. I might be doing this the long way around but, I went to Start, Double clicked on Computer and then down to Program files (x86). Then right clicked on it and clicked on Send to which is my flash drive. It took about five minutes. Now if I put the flash drive in a computer that does not have that program, will it install?

I doubt your program will install on the new computer. During a normal install from a CD several files are loaded onto your computer, the executable file (.EXE), dynamic linked library files (.DLL) and others. The install procedure also creates entries in your computer's registry that point to file locations and define necessary variables that the program needs to run.
