Why?

3.4 million dollars to recount ballots in WI.

Democrats still cannot accept the fact that the majority of this country voted against Democratic Hillary Clinton. Yet protest and request spending tax payers money on a recount of ballots physically when they might find an additional 20,000 votes that were not registered legally?

At this point in time what difference does it make?

Who would be getting 3.4 million dollars? The people who count ? This is totally crazy to be
spending after the election is over, and I agree that the money would be better used to help to
help feed the hungry. ( OR ME )

Well, here's my take on this whole recount thing. Number one, it's not going to change anything. Even if by some miracle that it did, the whole election would end up in the House of Representatives and their vote would decide the president. If you know the political makeup of the House, then you know what their decision would be. Again, no change. Each state delegation gets only one vote and that map had a lot of red states on it.

So what could possibly be going on, SCAM on a very big scale. Somebody once said, the bigger the lie the easier to get people to believe. All those millions and millions of dollars. Can't tell me there is no way to siphon off a few bucks for your own use. Call it wages, donations to charities that you own or just operating expense, the Clinton's have been doing it for decades.

You're right that the numbers won't change much but the House of Representatives only vote on ties on the electoral vote. The good thing is Jill is putting a few million dollars into the economy and a few thousand people will be hired to help count and will have extra money in their pockets for Christmas.

Ties is one way the house decides but if no candidate gets 270, then the house votes. That can happen if a third candidate gets enough so one of the other two cant reach the needed 270.

Well for sure, Trump will be President, but I don't see nothing wrong of a recount, as long as the person pays for it.....

Only part that makes sense with this recount. BUT, WHY would Democrats spend which could be more than 4 million dollars on a recount of the election when the majority of this country voted legally and impossible for these voting places to be hacked as they are NOT plugged into the internet. As of this morning, Some counties found some errors. Marinette Co. found 12.

12 errors does not by any means value anywhere near a million dollars.

If Trump would have lost, he'd be having a recount in every state. But that's his right and anyone else has the right to do it. It might not change the outcome, but this is still a free country.
