Gonna let others into your home when you're not there and have it all connected to the internet? Nothing could go wrong with that!!!!!!!!!!

I think it is a great idea,....

....especially if you are waiting for a very valuable order. First you have to spend $250 for a new lock and camera and when the delivery comes, you see it all on your phone.

I have cameras all over, I will let you look at only three of them right now: go to www.trumplake.org

I think it is a great idea,....

Of course when you pay $100 for a $25 box of food it wouldn't be so great. It won't be cheap.....

Say you bought an expensive Kodak camera from anyone, do you want it just thrown at your front door. I would prefer it be put inside.

If you are not happy with their prices do not open the door for them. What is the difference if you open the door from the inside or from your phone?

Apparently you didn't see the part of the news report that said it would be very easy for the hackers to get into the codes in the locks and get into your home etc. No thank you, I'll go to the store and buy my things rather than letting them deliver it inside my home when I'm not home. The whole idea is just ridiculous, but there will be those who do it just for the convenience, because people are getting to lazy to do their own shopping. I have nothing against buying from Amazon, and have bought a few things there myself, but no thanks to buying their special locks etc. Too much technology has gotten too many people into too much trouble. I'm with Wheels and most of America on this one!!!

You see it all on your phone..........also get to see an internet hacker genius open your door and take that item along with a bunch of other things. Don't tell me it can't happen, I've seen too much already. Correction, probably not see it, if they open your lock they shut down the cameras first. When the hackers can get the video and audio from the cam the parents have in their children's bedroom, that lock on your door is a piece of cake. If anything is learned from all of this, it is, if it's connected to the internet....It's not safe.

Nothing at all! :-D

Our U. S. P. S. should have been the first.

They had the head start with the Pony Express. I never could understand why they did not want to keep these great paying jobs for their grandchildren, instead they keep giving away many thousands of jobs. Example, back in the forties and fifties, not many cars then, you lived ten miles from Montgomery Wards or Sears and bought a vacuum cleaner to be delivered. The local mail carrier would not deliver it, so the only choice was West Shore or Clairmont with a big Semi-tractor-trailer. The door was wide open for UPS, Fed-Ex, Speedy, etc.

You can't change history, did you realize that?

Yes, but we should learn from it. Example: When I would hang the mail bag for the train to pick up and the train would come and grab the bag and the man in the rail car would grin at me and throw out the new mail bag hundreds of feet down the tracks just to make me trudge through the snow to get the new mail.

And what did you learn from that? Never trust anyone.

No, these high paid people did not want to keep the luxurious jobs for their grandchildren just like the people in Janesville did not want to keep their luxurious jobs.
